Info:

Steve Sar's vocals are an interesting mixture, mainly I'm thinking of Tony Lewis from *The Outfield*, perhaps *Jon Anderson* at a stretch, though the music does not go into either of those two's musical zones. The title track /'Where We Danced'/ starts us out, a somewhat mellow and mid-paced tune which flows more than it rocks. The two aforementioned reference points are very apparent. /'Tell Me'/ is great racy sounding AOR with a hint of *Jon Anderson*'s vocals, though not in the style of *Yes*. It does change tempo mid-way through which adds to its appeal. /'Guitar Boy'/ starts out with an acoustic guitar intro, and flows nicely with a high pitched vocals which are a perfect foil. It kinda sounds like *Zebra*.. But that would be a rough estimate, because there are many reference points to this one. /'Guardian Angel'/ is further acoustic stuff, very mellow this one, not as good as the others unfortunately. North Sar present their best track /'The Fighter'/ at the tail of the CD. Again Tony Lewis is the vocal comparison, Sars also sending us out on a fiery guitar solo - just for good measure. At the time, North Sar worked hard to secure a record deal, but this failed to eventuate. Unfortunately, the pair moved onto separate ventures within the Phillie area without furthering their cause. North/Monzo formed *Love Stone*, and moved the band to the Virginia area for better prospects. That band is still in operation at present, but not in the style of North Sar unfortunately.
