CHRONOSPHERE is an Athenian, Greek-based Thrash/Death Metal band. It was formed 3 years ago as HOMO SAPIENS, but due to legal problems they changed band name. Since 2010 CHRONOSPHERE has been a member of the Manifesto Music Movement, which is an initiative of underground Greek Metal bands in order to create something new under the Do It Yourself banner. In the same year they released their first demo “Homo Sapiens” drawing the attention of many fanzines and webzines receiving positive feedback.
“Envirusment” is a great debut effort by the Greeks. Of course, it isn’t something that you haven’t heard before, but that doesn’t matter at all. It is so well-executed with a very good production that you will surely enjoy from the first till the last song. It is definitely worth your attention.
