This was the band's first effort following the bitter departure of vocalist Dean Davidson (who formed Blackeyed Susan). 1991's Bite Down Hard was the third full-length album from Philadelphia-based rockers Britny Fox. Newcomer Tommy Paris joined the band, and the result is probably Britny Fox's strongest, yet least appreciated album.
