Goat Horn is one of those bands that I'd rather not categorise and just sit back and enjoy the music. The vocals are clean to some extent, but quite raspy and raucous at times, which fits the overall aggressive tone of the music quite well. Nothing to complain about, and same on the musical side - this album is top notch from beginning to end, with no boring parts whatsoever (keeping the album at a reasonable length like they did always help, although I get the feeling they could have filled the whole CD without getting boring...) The music is quite loaded.
