"Salutations from the Ghetto Nation" has got to be one of the best titles ever for a rock record. And Kory Clarke & Co. back that title up with one of their best efforts.
There are 12 blistering trax, 3 live bonus cuts (this is the '06 reissue on Escapi Music), and enough dirty rock n' roll to make your ears bleed. Not as political as "Last Decade Dead Century." Not as metallic as "Drugs, God & the New Republic." Not as experimental as "Chill Pill." Like a good lover, this record is just right!
'Love Destruction.' 'Blown,' 'Punk & Belligerent' and 'Ghetto Nation' are all heavy, electric and dynamic. The sounds on this record make you wanna brawl at the local dive bar, make love to your old lady and set the world on fire. All in all, another masterful release from the band that shoulda had it all and the man who shoulda been king. Warrior Soul 4ever!
