Reportedly only 1000 copies were ever pressed, and reportedly also the members of SNEAK PREVIEW, who were TY TABOR (vocals/guitar), DOUG PINNICK (vocals/bass) and JERRY GASKILL (drums) personally ordered the destruction of around half of them because they were unhappy with the finished product. If those names dont ring a bell, then you now know that Tabor, Pinnick and Gaskill went on to metamorphose into the progressive hard rock group KINGS X later on in the 1980`s, starting with the epic OUT OF THE SILENT PLANET album in 1988. SNEAK PREVIEW (1983) had a completely diffrent sound to KINGS X, in place of the complex and conceptual arrangements which charaterised the first three KINGS X albums was a melodic pop rock group churning out catchy hook laden radio friendly songs.
