Wyvern's history dates back to 1985! After having release two demos, the Italian band released its debut album, 'The Red Flame Of Pain', in 1990; a reasonable heavy speed metal album that hardly got noticed to the rising extremer forms of metal. In the following years the band also didn't come furthers than a couple more demos. In October of last year, twenty years after the release of the debut album, the follow-up 'Lords Of Winter' was a fact after all. Although we can't really speak of a new album – considering the fact that most of the songs are re-recordings of old demo stuff – this definitely is a new start for the Italians. Lords Of Metal spoke to bass player and one of the original members Fausto Tinello about the band's history, 'Lords Of Winter and future plans.
