In this album, Insomnium have quite simply proved themselves to be the best Melodic Death Metal band out of Finland. This album will put your darkest emotions in a chokehold and will not let go. This is beautiful music for any lover of melodic Heavy Metal. Anyone who likes dark melodies should really enjoy this CD. There is not a bad song on it. Additionally, it's very different from most Melodic Death Metal. For those familiar with melodic Heavy Metal, fans of Opeth, Dark Tranquillity, Sentenced, or Rapture will like this band. I think this is one of the most underrated bands, and every Heavy Metal fan should give this a listen.
