What is special about LIVING DEATH is their self-contained style they had right from the beginning. Comparisons to SLAYER or METALLICA are not justified for Velbert’s Finest. For former days raging fast songs like "Nuclear Greetings" or "Manila Terror", - just to name two examples – combine abnormal heaviness with almost magical catchiness. Brutal as fuck, tight as a duck’s ass, and genius to the core! I’m really not able to explain to you how great the songs (all of them) of "Back To ..." and "Protected ..." combine the needful alternation with the infernal riffs of brutal prevailing mood, technical sophistication and unique vocals.
