This album is all over the place on who they sound like, the album is
well produce , well played ,and written.The group sounds more like
rainbow this time ,yet they still sound like whitesnake .And this time
on a couple of songs they come up with there own modern sound.Stone cold
woman ,fortune teller ,going crazy ,and love reaction or the high
lights of this album.

These guys know how to craft a catchy hard rock tune, with plenty of melody in there for AOR fans also.
Their last album was more than 3 years back and it's nice to see the guys back again.
Especially for fans of European hard rock and especially Scandinavian hard rock.
There are AOR moments on this album, hooks and harmonies aside, but hard rock is the name of the game here.

Crunchy Hard Rock with some Metal influences, so basically my thing,
no? Yes and no in the end. The quartet tries its best not to be thrown
together with the countless Melodic Rock bands, as they for one do not
have a single ballad and for the other have quite some steam in the
guitars and also the rhythm section, which in combination with the
powerful vocals of Mr Alfonzetti stirs up a quite good mixture.

It
all started back in the year 1993 when the guitarplayer Robert
Warnqvist, basplayer Magnus Jönsson and the drummer Leif Erixon was
looking for a new vocalist to the band called Easy Street. And with a
deal (UFO -Records) just waiting to be signed, they really needed a good
singer fast. After eight months of looking around in Sweden they found
the former Powerhouse singer Thomas Thorsén. After just listening to his
demotape the band was all fired up about this singer. So in the early
1994 the band started to work with Thomas Thorsén, writing songs for
their debutalbum due to be released in 1995. Before the recording of the
album started, the band decided to change their name to Damned Nation.
