DEN OF THIEVES formed in 1991and featuring ex EMERALD vocalist Harv, whilst guitarist Dee McNeilly was taught by Vivian Campbell of DIO / WHITESNAKE / DEF LEPPARD fame. Irish band finally got the chance to have product in the stores with Long Island making 'Honour Among Thieves' available throughout Europe.
Much sought after Melodic Metal in the vein of HEAVEN'S EDGE, mid-era ICON and FIFTH ANGEL (Time Will Tell). Great "go for it" guitar solos, strong/melodic vocals and nice writing is mildly offset by mediocre production values (think a kick ass independently released CD). A must for those who appreciate great/overlooked Metal!!!
